Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel during my stay.
My experience at Ramada By Wyndham Downtown Beirut was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast options were extremely limited and repetitive, lacking variety over my stay. The room itself was standard but felt somewhat neglected, featuring a broken safe and underwhelming decor.

The homemade yogurt is to die for! I also loved the super comfy bedding and the amazing staff, especially Amira, who made my check-in a breeze.
The room had a bit of dust and the towels were a tad too small. On a brighter note, the reception was super sweet, offering me breakfast as compensation for my early check-out!

I had a fantastic experience. The location was incredibly convenient, surrounded by charming cafes and close to the vibrant souk area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the lively city atmosphere. The room was not only spacious but also offered unexpected views, enhancing my stay, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. The friendly staff at the reception went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and attended to my needs effortlessly.
The only downside was some noise from the surrounding area during the night.

I've now stayed twice at this hotel, and I always find the experience so enjoyable thanks to its fantastic proximity to landmarks like the Maghen Abraham Synagogue and the bustling Grand Serail, and the staff are always highly responsive and courteous, making my visits feel truly special.

The location is central, allowing easy access to local attractions and restaurants, which enriched our experience. Notably, the staff displayed exceptional warmth, particularly in the lounge, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the check-in process felt rushed, and the reception staff didn’t provide helpful tourist information, which detracted from our stay. Additionally, amenities were priced significantly higher than average, prompting us to avoid most hotel services entirely.

Loved my stay! The room was cozy, and I really appreciated the comfy bedding and the great coffee in the lobby. Just wish I could’ve checked in a bit earlier, but that’s a minor hiccup. If you get the chance, definitely try the homemade yogurt for breakfast! 😊

Couple seeking comfort
I loved the location, it was perfect. The staff were amazing, courteous, and helpful. They decorated our room with beautiful roses prior to our arrival, and that was so sweet and thoughtful. They also allowed us to check out late for free, which left us speechless and so happy.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what we got.
